Developers of projects for the modenisation of multi-apartment buildings

Applicants wishing to be included in the list of promoters of investment plans for the modernisation of multi-apartment buildings without the issuance of a training certificate shall meet the following qualification requirements:

• hold a valid certificate of competence as an expert in energy performance certification for buildings issued by the SSVA;
• hold a valid Construction Manager's Qualification Certificate issued by the SSVA;
• hold a valid certificate of qualification for energy audits issued by the Energy Agency.

Applicants meeting these qualifications will be listed free of charge.

Applicants wishing to be included in the list of promoters of projects/investment plans for the modernisation of multi-apartment buildings must meet the following qualification requirements at the time of the issue of the training certificate:

• hold a valid certificate of competence as an expert in energy performance certification for buildings issued by the SSVA;
• have received training on preparing investment plans from the SSVA.

Applicants will only be included in the list under these qualification requirements after payment of the cost of training.

The SSVA organises training on the preparation of investment plans periodically, by publishing it on its website and informing applicants by e-mail.
