About Construction Sector Development Agency
Public institution Construction Sector Development Agency (hereinafter referred to as "SSVA") is established, as part of the implementation of the Government's plan for the transformation of state-owned enterprises, performs public administration functions and provides related services taken over from the restructured Construction Production Certification Centre (hereinafter referred to as SPSC).
Main areas of activity include attestation of professionals in the fields of construction industry and energy efficiency of buildings, maintenance of the register of energy performance certificates for buildings, supervision of quality urban planning processes, technical assistance for the reconstruction of cities in war-torn countries. SSVA also manages and participates in projects tailored to digitization of construction, offers training courses and exams for construction professionals.
