The programme of legal knowledge examinations for construction engineers seeking to take up the position of managers of the main areas of construction technical activities in special and non-extraordinary buildings has been approved by the Minister of the Environment by the Order No D1-63 of 18 January 2017 "On the Approval of the Programme of Legal Knowledge Examinations for Construction Engineers Seeking to Take Up the Position of Managers of Main Areas of Construction Technical Activities in Special and Non-Special Buildings".
The programme of legal knowledge examinations for construction engineers for the position of managers of the main areas of technical activities in the construction of structures of a nuclear energy facility was approved by the Order of the Minister of the Environment No D1-293 of 10 April 2017 "On approval of the programme of legal knowledge examinations for construction engineers for the position of managers of the main areas of technical activities in the construction of structures of a nuclear energy facility".
The Legal Knowledge Programme of the Construction Production Certification Centre for Lithuanian and foreign construction engineers seeking to hold the position of managers of the main areas of construction technical activities in the Republic of Lithuania in the territory of cultural heritage structures and cultural heritage object was approved by the Order of the Minister of the Environment of the Republic of Lithuania of 8 March 2017 No D1-212 "On the Approval of the Legal Knowledge Programme of the VĮ Construction Production Certification Centre for Lithuanian and foreign construction engineers seeking to hold the position of managers of the main areas of construction technical activities in the Republic of Lithuania in the territory of cultural heritage structures and cultural heritage object".
The programme of the professional and legal knowledge examination for persons seeking to acquire the right to manage the preparation of special spatial planning documents has been approved by the Order of the Minister of the Environment No D1-426 of 18 May 2017 "On the Approval of the Programme of the Professional and Legal Knowledge Examination for Natural Persons Seeking the Right to Manage the Preparation of Special Spatial Planning Documents".
