Attestation of construction companies

1. Familiarise yourself with the qualification requirements for certification set out in the Construction Law:
2. Complete the application form and submit it to the SSVA together with the required documents (see Document forms - for attestation).
3. Pay the certification costs within 5 days of the request and receipt of the payment invoice. Receive an invitation to attend a meeting of the Attestation Panel (no later than 20 days).
4. Familiarise yourself with the proposed field of certification.
5. Participate remotely or attend the meeting. If the attendance of a company representative at the meeting of the Certification Panel is not necessary, it is possible to provide consent to the proposed field of certification.

After the meeting, the Attestation Experts report to the Director of the SSVA on the attestation of the company. If the Director of the SSVA makes a positive decision, the legal entities are issued with certificates of competence.

Companies or other foreign organisations from a Member State of the European Union, the Swiss Confederation or a State signatory to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, wishing to carry out works on special structures, are required to fill out an application for recognition of the right and to submit the relevant documents to the SSVA (see Forms of documents for recognition of a right).

Companies or other foreign organisations from other countries (third countries) are required to fill in an application for a certificate of qualification of a company (in the same way as applicants established in Lithuania) and to submit the relevant documents (see Forms of documents for recognition of a right) to the SSVA.
